Rhythmically Balanced Interchange between polar opposites,
we see it in electricity too, and the ultimate rhythm is created by seeking the balance in between.

For an instant, the pulsation and the oscillation continue; however, the balancing point is the point of calm, clarity, and complete transparency. We are always coming full circle, back to the center of the torus.

This is how energy flows as far as I can see it up to now. Energy is not matter – matter expresses energy in perfect symmetry between polar opposites: light and dark, hot and cold, male and female, positive and negative, life and death, compression and expansion, love and fear, and all other opposite terms.

The universe is the expression of the principle of life itself; it pulses in balanced rhythmic cycles.

Once we adopt that approach to seeing the world, a lot of impressions from music, vibrations, emotions, sensations, and awareness of our own body make much more sense.

And now we can tap into this to create meaningful trajectories; we develop poignant motivation for how to live life and how completing certain cycles will enhance the overall experience of being alive.
