MEDITATION –
is not necessarily a selective tool or goal-oriented exercise, although people label many concepts as meditation.
And without a doubt, they have their place and provide much-needed value.
However, meditation is not a means to an outcome, it is ultimately an all-encompassing lifestyle.
It is a state of balance, full circle, vital balance, and complete presentness.
Once we balance mind and emotions, it transforms how we perceive our body and “being embodied” as well.
