And what if:

Living in the past can lead to depression.

Living in the future can lead to anxiety.

Neither of those places exists in the present moment.

If we lean into them too much, they can affect our mental state.

We would be transferring too much energy from here to there, and that can create a distortion in perception, illusions, hallucinations, assumptions, and beliefs that might not be helpful.

It is in the present moment that our behavior and beliefs are the foundation for things to come.

It is in the present moment that mental clarity will allow us to better comprehend what happened in the past.

I find it truly empowering to live a life worth living. Clarity, one of my favorite things!

Experiencing the gift of life to the fullest, with all its nuances, right along with it.
