Love is independent of accomplishments, status, or titles.

We love babies, and they have not done much yet in this life, but we love them.

Love flows like a river, spreads like a fragrance, weaves through the fabric of life.

It does not depend on what we do, but it can flow through what we do, say, or think. 

We can be a channel of and for love. 

And that feels sacred to me.

Love moves and transforms things, relationships, life itself.

Love can heal fear, compassion can heal anger, empathy can heal anxiety, and acceptance can heal frustration.
