Seeds are being gathered, and still so much abundance to harvest! Leaves are starting to fall, and now that we are in autumn, this is a good time to make space for reflections. As the wind blows away wilted leaves,  can we sweep what has concluded its cycle out of our lives as well?

A gentle reboot. What do we need to make room for in this time? Patience maybe?

How about kindness? For sure.

How about hope? Hope is such an important topic for me lately…….it appears that hope is asking to be balanced with groundedness.
Or we can develop a deliberate undercurrent of not reacting, but rather responding?

How can we nourish ourselves, nurture, and even hydrate adequately?
How can we find clarity in a world that seems to have quite a focus on confusion and divisive polarities?

How can we honor common ground in all aspects rather than separation?
Perspectives, that is where a lot of the answers might be found.

Let’s examine perspectives: how do the ones we subscribe to serve us and the greater good?

And interesting enough, yes, not everyone cares to hear the perspective of another…. how do we navigate this?

What do we do when we want to be heard and felt and seen? How can we find an alignment here?

And how do we show up for others in that sense?

How aware are we of how we use our energy in a day?

And how can we balance the draw of external stimuli with going within and fine-tuning how we are that inner observer, reflective and curious.

Curious, just curious, every day is a new day, and there emerges a new version of ourselves, we can stay curious to get to know ourselves better……

The journey continues. May you be safe and nurtured. May we all recognize the sanctity of common ground.
